This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the delivery of consulting projects for private equity clients, portfolio companies, and corporations.
• Create solutions for intricate business challenges relating to strategy, operations, and enhancements in enterprise value.
• Supervise consultants and associates throughout assessment and execution phases.
• Serve as the onsite project leader, coordinating efforts between TriVista and client teams.
• Control project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Ensure projects reach completion by overseeing, managing, assisting, or carrying out project activities and workstreams.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities for improving enterprise value.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and technical quality assurance.
• Produce high-quality written deliverables.
• Lead evaluations and technology transformation projects focused on enterprise applications, ERP, systems architecture, cybersecurity, technology risk, and IT organizational effectiveness.
• Assist with post-merger integration efforts related to enterprise systems, ERP, cybersecurity, and technology integration.
• Convert technical insights into business recommendations.
• Collaborate with other practices to disseminate project information.
• Manage daily client relationships, address risks and issues, conduct check-ins, and oversee final deliverables.
• Contribute to business development through work plans, pricing estimates, and risk evaluations.
• Mentor and guide consultants and associates.
• Provide constructive feedback to both direct and indirect reports.
• Aid in firm-wide training initiatives.
• Engage in internal projects aimed at enhancing firm capabilities.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant industry and/or consulting experience.
• Significant project experience in information technology.
• At least 5 years of results-driven project leadership experience.
• Profound functional knowledge of ERP modules, workflows, and configuration considerations.
• Familiarity with finance, operations, inventory, production, warehouse, or supply chain processes.
• Understanding of IT and business strategy, operations, and value drivers.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experience leading complex projects and managing project teams.
• Proven leadership skills to manage, coach, and motivate teams.
• Experience in supporting post-merger integration involving enterprise systems, ERP, cybersecurity, and technology integration.
• Capability to evaluate technology and business processes and articulate technical findings for executive audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Financial and accounting knowledge.
• Business insight and ability to secure client management support for initiatives.
• Self-driven with initiative and motivation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 75% of the time.
• Authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in technology, business, or a related field, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• Relevant certifications or training in enterprise/ERP systems, cybersecurity, project delivery, technology transformation, or post-merger integration are advantageous.
• MBA is preferred.
