This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the submission of approved Scripture materials from Seed Company to the Digital Bible Library.
• Coordinate the preparation, validation, approval, and submission of Scripture text, audio, and video that have been approved by consultants.
• Ensure that files, metadata, permissions, rights, contributor information, and organizational attribution are thorough, precise, and compliant.
• Collaborate with Field Operations teams and external organizations to identify eligible materials, gather missing information, address submission challenges, and confirm completed uploads.
• Monitor submission statuses, forecasts, risks, progress towards the All Access Goal, and relevant Seed Company metrics.
• Deliver timely reports to pertinent teams and leadership.
• Keep accurate language information, including names, ISO and language-variety codes, population statistics, alternate names, and project milestones.
• Validate and align language and project information across internal systems, the Digital Bible Library, Paratext Registry, Progress Bible, and ETEN.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to missing, duplicate, conflicting, or outdated language records.
• Create and uphold documentation, standards, and data-quality practices.
• Act as a resource regarding the language status of the All Access Goal and provide relevant language and milestone data for planning, reporting, grant applications, and organizational decision-making.
• Maintain effective working relationships and communication with Field Operations teams, leadership, and partner organizations.
• Develop and sustain standard operating procedures, reference materials, and tracking documentation.
• Safeguard sensitive project, partner, contributor, and rights information.
• Supervise a team of 1-3 staff members within the Digital Scripture and Language-Data team.
• Attend meetings and task force groups to stay informed about procedures, requirements, processes, and policies.
• Lead or engage in organization-wide projects and task force groups.
• Execute additional assignments as necessary or directed.
• A strong faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and a lifestyle that honors God.
• A passion for God’s Word and its accessibility for every people group.
• A commitment to advocating for Seed Company’s vision, mission, and values.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in managing data, workflows, projects, tracking, forecasting, or reporting.
• At least 1 year of experience in team leadership, coaching, or staff supervision is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and data sets accurately.
• Excellent written, verbal, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Capability to teach processes and concepts to others.
• Ability to establish productive working relationships with internal teams and partner organizations.
• Capacity to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with Monday.com is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Digital Bible Library, Paratext Registry, or language-data systems is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to gain proficiency in the Digital Bible Library, Paratext Registry, and relevant language-data requirements, tools, and best practices are required.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for up to 3-6 weeks per year.
• Capability to work in locations with limited internet access, environmental controls, transportation infrastructure, or medical assistance during travel.
