This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the planning and execution of cross-channel digital fundraising initiatives utilizing email, mobile, paid social, paid search, and programmatic platforms.
• Create and sustain campaign tracking systems, quarterly planning meetings, and weekly coordination sessions.
• Assist with email and mobile fundraising activities, including calendars, campaign execution, quality assurance, and alignment with donor journeys.
• Evaluate campaign materials for precision, audience targeting, donor journey progression, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, focusing on segmentation, testing, and donor journey design.
• Act as the internal expert for paid media channels including Meta, search, programmatic, display, and video advertising.
• Analyze agency media strategies, budgets, creative materials, and optimization suggestions.
• Track ROAS, CPA, pacing, and overall campaign performance; identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Document learnings from paid media, campaign summaries, test outcomes, and historical data.
• Support urgent activations and real-time cross-channel marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with Donor Marketing & Journeys, Brand, and Center of Excellence for comprehensive funnel integration.
• Contribute to campaign strategies, content creation, creative direction, supporter journeys, and collective KPIs.
• Assist in optimizing website conversion rates through user behavior analysis and A/B testing.
• Explore innovative opportunities involving new platforms, lead generation, streaming, AI, and personalized approaches.
• Cultivate relationships with UNICEF teams and media platform partners.
• Promote the values of the Philanthropy Division while setting clear expectations and providing constructive feedback.
• Review and enhance internal processes and workflow efficiency.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Proven experience in digital nonprofit fundraising and/or marketing.
• Strong understanding of best practices in digital fundraising.
• Familiarity with performance marketing strategies and tactics, including email, SMS, and paid media channels.
• Knowledge of full-funnel strategy development, donor journeys, lead generation, and the interplay between brand and performance marketing.
• Possess analytical and enterprise-level thinking abilities.
• Experience with digital fundraising and marketing technologies, such as CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, digital fundraising platforms, project management software, and business intelligence or reporting tools, is preferred.
• Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential.
