Manager, Digital Donor Experience EU

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a cohesive omnichannel strategy encompassing Paid Media, Website, App, CRM, and communications for plasma donors.

• Propel digital donor acquisition, retention, and reactivation efforts across Europe.

• Oversee and enhance digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, and programmatic channels.

• Improve website and app user experiences to boost engagement and conversion rates.

• Create and refine CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives through email, SMS, push notifications, and various digital outlets.

• Establish and monitor KPIs for conversion, engagement, retention, and acquisition metrics.

• Collaborate with Analytics and Data teams to enhance tracking, attribution, and segmentation capabilities.

• Lead A/B and multivariate testing projects.

• Work alongside I&T teams to define, prioritize, and implement enhancements to digital platforms.

• Manage external agencies and partner with key internal stakeholders throughout Europe.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, CRM, Customer Experience, or similar roles.

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Performance Marketing and Paid Media.

• Practical experience with CRM platforms and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

• Proven track record in website optimization, conversion enhancement, and managing customer journeys.

• Experience with marketing automation and data-driven marketing strategies.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to convert data into actionable business insights.

• Experience collaborating with agencies and cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with Drupal, CRM implementation, or managing digital platforms is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
