Manager – Data, Analytics & Automation – Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance & Clinical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture a team dedicated to data analytics, reporting, automation, and governance across various business units and locations.

• Develop and implement divisional strategies for data, analytics, reporting, automation, and value realization.

• Assess priorities for initiatives, allocate resources, and synchronize budgets.

• Create accountability for data ownership, reporting standards, dashboard management, automation intake processes, and continuous support models.

• Standardize definitions of metrics, data sources, reporting practices, and documentation of data lineage.

• Discover and enhance reusable dashboards, reports, data models, and automation solutions.

• Propel automation and advanced analytics initiatives to minimize manual tasks, enhance cycle times, and promote operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with business, technology, quality, regulatory, and clinical stakeholders.

• Manage portfolio planning, capacity management, performance monitoring, and change management for analytics and automation programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in people leadership.

• A minimum of 8 years in data analytics, business intelligence, automation, quality systems, regulatory affairs, operations, or a related area.

• At least 2 years of experience managing enterprise-level data, analytics, reporting, automation, or quality system projects across multiple business units, functions, or sites.

• Proven experience in implementing data governance, reporting, analytics, or automation capabilities within a complex business setting.

• An advanced degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or another quantitative field is preferred.

• Experience in the medical device industry or another highly regulated sector is preferred.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, Power Automate, DAX, or similar technologies is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
