Manager, Customer Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee all program activities encompassing administration, infrastructure, efficiencies, process enhancements, and personnel within a JIT environment.

• Foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers while seeking opportunities for value-added services.

• Manage program operations, including inventory and stocking strategies, to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.

• Ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines and recommend yearly budget modifications.

• Strategize, direct, and prioritize facility workflows along with Project and Life Cycle strategies.

• Supervise department staff, encouraging teamwork and guiding employees towards achieving objectives.

• Offer managerial support through the development of work instructions, policies, procedures, and administrative guidance.

• Facilitate access to program information, technical resources, equipment, and tools.

• Implement, supervise, and document training related to AS9100, quality work instructions, process improvements, and customer requirements.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and enhance employee engagement.

• Identify communication gaps and process shortcomings, implementing corrective measures and retraining as needed.

• Ensure compliance with customer onsite policies as well as Incora's policies and procedures.

• Conduct or oversee supervisor performance evaluations and pinpoint coaching and development opportunities.

• Sanction wage adjustments and promotions in line with budgetary and compensation parameters.

• Create, compile, and analyze reports on workflow, time, labor, and operational metrics.

• Oversee facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, real estate management, site security, organization, and cleanliness.

• Participate in company-sponsored meetings, leadership development programs, and management training sessions.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.

• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be accepted.

• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in supply chain, inventory management, distribution, operations, or program management settings.

• Previous management and/or supervisory experience is necessary, showcasing the ability to train, coach, mentor, and motivate employees.

• Capable of prioritizing multiple responsibilities and negotiating while focusing on profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Strong experience in process management and continuous improvement, especially in JIT contract environments.

• Knowledge of Incora's products and services is essential.

• Extensive experience with integrated database systems and business software applications.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

• Possess critical thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.

• Experience in managing budgets, labor planning, inventory controls, and operational performance metrics.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve results in dynamic environments.

• In-depth understanding of Incora's supply chain management and distribution processes and philosophy.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management systems and their implementation in product distribution settings.

• Ability to analyze workflow, inventory, productivity, and labor data.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Capacity to build collaborative relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Ability to drive change and implement operational enhancements.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Capability to work in both office and warehouse settings.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials as needed.

• Proficiency in using computers and standard office equipment for extended durations.

• Willingness to travel to customer and company locations as necessary.

• Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience utilizing Copilot or other AI tools to increase productivity.
