This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
β’ Perform comprehensive analyses of secondary data sources, including claims, EHR/EMR, specialty pharmacy, Rx, CRM, and the media/omnichannel ecosystem data.
β’ Integrate insights from various data sources to guide brand planning, lifecycle strategy, performance enhancement, and HCP/patient experiences.
β’ Utilize advanced data analytics methods and segmentation to uncover patterns, key drivers, and opportunities.
β’ Create and sustain standardized dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.
β’ Ensure data quality, validation, and consistency across all data sources and reporting outputs.
β’ Design and implement qualitative and quantitative primary market research involving HCPs, HCOs, patients, medical/KOLs, and payers.
β’ Combine insights from primary research with secondary data findings.
β’ Analyze and present research results to cross-functional stakeholders.
β’ Conduct and interpret strategic market, competitive, and landscape analyses.
β’ Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, and Market Access stakeholders.
β’ Work alongside data strategy and technology teams on data sources, methodologies, and analytical outputs.
β’ Facilitate standardized analytical frameworks and enhance research processes, tools, and best practices.
β’ Report directly to the Director of Customer Analytics & Insights.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree in a quantitative, scientific, business, or a related field is required.
β’ 4 to 6+ years of increasing experience in analytics, market research, or consulting.
β’ Experience in analyzing secondary pharmaceutical data sources, including claims, EHR/EMR, specialty pharmacy, and/or prescriber-level data.
β’ Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative primary market research techniques.
β’ Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, R, or SAS.
β’ Familiarity with healthcare or pharmaceutical datasets, such as IQVIA DDD, Xponent, and patient claims data.
β’ Strong structured problem-solving abilities.
β’ Capability to collaborate, take initiative, and adapt within a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
β’ Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated sectors is preferred.
β’ An advanced degree (MBA or relevant graduate degree) is preferred.
