This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive global site merchandising strategy that aligns with business objectives, category strategies, and marketing efforts.
• Oversee global site turnover initiatives.
• Directly supervise, mentor, and nurture two digital specialists.
• Establish operational processes, assign tasks, and guide daily operations.
• Create end-to-end promotional content and navigation strategies across various device types.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on site placements, product tagging, and navigation.
• Take ownership of the quarterly review process for promotional placements, creative content, and overall site experience.
• Conduct audits of live site search, PLP performance, and navigation to pinpoint friction points and significant issues.
• Partner with product teams to address fixes, advocate for improvements, and influence site experience.
• Oversee and refine the complete digital conversion funnel.
• Analyze customer drop-off points and advocate for A/B testing and UX improvements.
• Work alongside ecommerce and technology teams on website enhancements and features.
• Implement and optimize product recommendation engines to promote cross-selling and up-selling.
• Utilize Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Looker, and performance data to assess site health and promotional outcomes.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Report on site merchandising performance, key insights, and suggestions to leadership and stakeholders.
• Investigate ecommerce trends, site merchandising techniques, and the competitive landscape.
• 5–7+ years of experience in e-commerce, site merchandising, or digital business management.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective site merchandising strategies that have led to measurable improvements in online sales and key performance indicators.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to interpret complex data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of ecommerce best practices, user experience principles, and online customer behavior.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides).
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of SEO principles related to product presentation and discoverability is a plus.
• Familiarity with website analytics tools (Adobe Analytics) and reporting platforms.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and their merchandising functionalities.
• Knowledge of personalization and recommendation engines.
