E-commerce Web & Email Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Assist with Shopify website initiatives and manage Klaviyo email tasks.

• Transform designs from initial concept to final implementation.

• Create email campaigns and automated flows utilizing Figma.

• Construct and format email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo.

• Develop and modify responsive HTML email templates.

• Execute ongoing design and content revisions for Shopify websites.

• Design landing pages, product pages, promotional sections, banners, and various e-commerce experiences.

• Interpret brand guidelines into web and email designs.

• Ensure visual coherence across websites, landing pages, campaigns, and automated email flows.

• Optimize graphics and digital assets for web and email use.

• Collaborate with the team to transform briefs, references, and feedback into final designs.

• Conduct quality assurance on website and email projects before launch, verifying responsiveness, links, spacing, typography, imagery, and overall presentation.

• Work with multiple client brands, adapting to diverse visual identities and design systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level minimum).

• Proficient in English is essential.

• Capability to design high-quality email campaigns and automated flows in Figma.

• Proficient in building and formatting email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo.

• Skilled in creating and editing responsive HTML email templates.

• Competent in making design and content modifications to Shopify websites.

• Capable of designing landing pages, product pages, promotional sections, banners, and other e-commerce elements.

• Ability to convert brand guidelines into refined web and email designs.

• Ensures designs are functional across both desktop and mobile platforms.

• Basic front-end adjustment skills using HTML and CSS.

• Experience in preparing and optimizing graphics and digital assets.

• Ability to collaborate across different client brands and design systems.
