This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee performance monitoring and evaluate KPI metrics and tracking information.
• Discover the factors influencing performance trends and find opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability within the eCommerce ecosystem.
• Examine extensive, intricate datasets from sales, web, marketing, and catalog origins.
• Create a consolidated perspective of eCommerce performance.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize challenges and opportunities across various data sources.
• Clearly communicate insights and narratives to senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Enhance the discoverability of site search functionalities.
• Monitor and analyze organic search performance to inform SEO strategies.
• Develop and manage customer segments to increase lifetime value (LTV) and repeat purchases.
• Utilize seasonal and segment-specific sales patterns to guide promotional strategies.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Design and sustain dashboards and reporting processes.
• Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and accelerate the discovery of insights.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
• 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in conversion and funnel analysis, with a track record of applying insights to drive sales performance improvements.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce sales drivers, including conversion rates, average order value (AOV), traffic channels, catalog quality, and customer retention.
• Expertise in BI and reporting tools, including Looker, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
• Proven experience integrating web, sales, marketing, and catalog data sources to form a unified view of business performance.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment capabilities.
• Preferred: Experience with Google Analytics 4 and/or Google Ads.
• Preferred: Familiarity with SEO tools and best practices, such as Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Preferred: Background in customer segmentation or CRM/marketing platforms.
• Preferred: Knowledge of AI-driven analytics or productivity tools, such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and AI-assisted BI functionalities.
