This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform research and analysis to identify internal customer challenges and develop solutions organized into a structured roadmap.
• Manage the Executive QBR planning processes from start to finish, encompassing company guidance through to final deliverables.
• Oversee CORA's operational rhythms, including weekly and monthly reporting, and act as CORA's representative during audits and compliance examinations with both internal and external stakeholders, including regulators.
• Collaborate with technical teams (IT, data, engineering) when solutions necessitate more intricate technical developments.
• Maintain all enablement materials, including guidelines, policies, procedures, FAQs, training documentation, and AI agents.
• Identify and implement scalable solutions to address systemic process and tooling issues across both programs.
• Over 6 years of experience in product operations or program management for software/product initiatives, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional programs from inception to completion.
• Proven ability to convert ambiguous or conflicting inputs into clear, actionable strategies and see them through to fruition.
• Experience working with technical teams and translating business needs into tooling or process solutions.
• Proficient in the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and experienced in utilizing AI to enhance and streamline workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders and drive towards results.
• Uses generative AI responsibly, ensuring human oversight to provide business-ready outputs and achieve measurable enhancements in workflow efficiency, costs, and quality.
