Manager, Corporate – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Direct interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions addressing significant organizational challenges

• Utilize design thinking methodologies to generate novel solutions

• Guide projects through phases of research, data analysis, exploration, prototyping, and testing

• Oversee a portfolio of subjects and evaluate which initiatives move forward at each stage of the innovation framework

• Formulate problem statements, hypotheses, and project strategies

• Partner with researchers, field personnel, analysts, business stakeholders, technology, product, and research groups

• Foster an environment that emphasizes openness, respect, collaboration, motivation, and a focus on impact

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4–7 years of professional experience

• Ideally, experience in design, innovation, strategy, product development, or analytical settings

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Capacity to challenge assumptions, brainstorm ideas, and derive value through research-supported insights

• Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to manage projects to completion

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to quickly establish credibility and nurture successful relationships

• Experience in cross-functional team environments

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
