This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate, lead, and expand long-term collaborative partnerships and relationships with the most significant and strategic non-acute accounts in the US.
• Spearhead sales initiatives for designated strategic accounts, focusing on driving sales growth through clinical and financial value propositions.
• Design, implement, and oversee enterprise contracting solutions.
• Propel business growth strategies and conduct quarterly business evaluations.
• Assist and direct executive-level decision-making processes.
• Provide customers with solution recommendations tailored to their requirements.
• Work in conjunction with ICU Medical senior leadership to align strategic account demands, market trends, and desired results.
• Coordinate internal teams while acting as the primary point of contact for the customer’s procurement team.
• Engage in post-sale account management and activities alongside the Alternate Site Account Manager.
• Make pricing strategy choices informed by data analytics and competitive marketing approaches.
• Uphold contract and pricing integrity across assigned strategic accounts.
• Record and maintain precise and timely strategic account plans.
• Leverage market, competitive, and industry insights to inform account strategy.
• Negotiate, influence, and articulate responses to RFPs and RFIs.
• Manage contract documents, membership lists, extensions, amendments, special programs, and communications.
• Monitor executed agreements and assess sales growth in relation to pricing concessions.
• Create customer-focused contracting strategies to enhance customer wallet share.
• Drive profitable revenue through the project management of targeted speed-to-impact initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders, consistently exceeding annual sales objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical device sector, preferably in Sales.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong business acumen combined with proficiency in data analytics.
• Proven leadership skills in team dynamics and influence.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities for contract discussions with high-level internal and external stakeholders.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and adhere to deadlines.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and comply with the Authorized Driver Policy for company driving.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%–60% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
