This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Oversee comprehensive contract administration from initiation to completion, including proposal creation, negotiation, management, and closure.
β’ Collaborate effectively with Program Managers, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and the PMO.
β’ Develop responses to RFPs, engage in contract negotiations, manage contract administration, non-disclosure agreements, and various business contracts.
β’ Administer CPFF, FFP, and DCS contract types.
β’ Coordinate with local DCMA/DCAA on government contracts.
β’ Engage with customers regarding communications, contractual modifications, and related issues.
β’ Investigate and address contractual concerns.
β’ Offer guidance on contractual rights, obligations, regulations, and applicable policies or procedures.
β’ Counsel or represent the organization in matters pertaining to contract negotiation and administration.
β’ Advise management on contractual rights, responsibilities, and risk management strategies.
β’ Compile, analyze data, and maintain historical documentation.
β’ Work independently with minimal supervision and provide mentorship to junior professionals.
β’ Manage both routine and intricate contract and proposal activities, responding to urgent needs.
β’ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related discipline with at least 5 years of experience.
β’ Familiarity with U.S. Government contracts governed by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and/or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplemental (DFARS).
β’ U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
β’ Capability to obtain and retain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
β’ An active and current DoD Secret clearance is required from day one.
β’ Preferred experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
β’ Must be able to reside and work in one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.
