Manager, Contract Revenue & Accounts Receivable Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee operations related to contract revenue, billing, pharmacy rebates, accounts receivable, collections, and cash application.

• Ensure precise revenue recognition, prompt invoicing and collections, as well as robust financial controls.

• Act as a Finance business partner for the implementation of contracts and various revenue initiatives.

• Confirm that contract terms, billing schedules, pricing, and rebate agreements are accurately documented.

• Collaborate with Finance and other departments concerning new and revised contracts and associated processes.

• Manage collections and keep track of accounts receivable aging.

• Supervise cash application processes and the reconciliation of customer payments.

• Prepare and analyze reports on revenue, billing, accounts receivable, collections, and aging.

• Assist with month-end closure through account reconciliations and reporting.

• Identify and address complex issues related to billing, contracts, rebates, and accounts receivable.

• Maintain internal controls and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

• Lead initiatives aimed at process improvement and automation.

• Develop and mentor team members.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, a related field, or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 4 years of Accounts Receivable experience, particularly in relation to contract revenue.

• In-depth knowledge of service and/or rebate contracts, billing procedures, cash application, collections, and reporting.

• Experience in healthcare and/or specialty pharmacy is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical capabilities.

• Adherence to all policies and standards is required.
