Manager, Consulting Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the functional leader for the Consulting Services team, promoting consistency, structure, and accountability.

• Foster a high-performance team culture and enable individual growth.

• Provide guidance to Services Consulting leadership regarding strategic planning and execution.

• Develop and enhance delivery frameworks, onboarding playbooks, and internal processes.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and spearhead initiatives for streamlining and scalability.

• Track, report, and enhance utilization, delivery timelines, project health, and customer satisfaction metrics.

• Collaborate with the PMO and Services Consulting teams on strategic and complex projects.

• Create and review dashboards and reports to inform leadership decisions and assess team performance.

• Conduct post-engagement reviews to gather insights and lessons learned.

• Oversee resource allocation for both active and upcoming projects.

• Monitor team capacity and proactively identify risks or gaps.

• Optimize project management platforms and operational tools.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency for reporting and forecasting purposes.

• Train team members on services, tools, and processes.

• Represent the consulting team in internal operational forums and initiatives.

• Engage in projects as Project Manager, Engagement Leader, Service Consultant, or Executive Sponsor.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree.

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, consulting delivery, or project/program management.

• Demonstrated ability to lead operational initiatives while executing on a tactical level.

• Strong analytical abilities with experience in performance reporting and data visualization.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in a SaaS or enterprise services environment is preferred.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

• Prior or current Workday certification is preferred.

• Knowledge of Payroll, Tax, and Benefits is preferred.

• Proven capability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams.

• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.

• Ability to comprehend customer needs and customize onboarding strategies accordingly.

• Expertise in scalable processes, frameworks, and delivery methodologies.

• Focused on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Ability to influence and communicate effectively across departments and levels.

• Proficient in resource planning, risk management, and performance tracking.

• Capable of leading through change and managing organizational transitions.
