This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Guide and mentor a team of quoting and contracting specialists who support Sales and Clients.
• Manage the complete booking review and approval process.
• Create and maintain guidelines for SKU development, new product launches, and pricing strategies.
• Address and resolve intricate quoting, contracting, and booking challenges.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and IT to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of quotes and contracts.
• Streamline custom quoting processes, scalable solutions, and automation tools.
• Drive initiatives to eliminate Quote-to-Cash obstacles and pinpoint bottlenecks.
• Work alongside accounting and implementation teams to facilitate the transition from sales to delivery.
• Evaluate and enhance open-order management to ensure timely delivery.
• Create training materials, process documentation, and best practices for quoting and contracting operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is required.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales operations, quoting, pricing, or contracting positions.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated strategic leadership and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving expertise.
• Advanced knowledge of sales operations, pricing, and contracting processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Highly proficient in Salesforce.com, Salesforce CPQ, and other sales operations platforms.
• Skilled in utilizing technology and tools to enhance business processes.
• Proven track record in implementing process improvements and managing cross-functional projects.
• In-depth understanding of SKU management, pricing strategies, and compliance best practices.
• Successful experience in building, leading, and developing high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel capabilities.
• MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
