This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead initiatives for financial optimization within the Install budget portfolio.
• Seek out opportunities to minimize jobsite labor needs, reduce overall expenses, and expedite customer delivery timelines.
• Design and implement financial safeguards against inflationary trends, macroeconomic changes, rising price levels, and other commercial risks.
• Set and manage project budget baselines, track variances, and drive necessary corrective measures.
• Identify, negotiate, and leverage contract-based incentives, performance bonuses, credits, and other commercial prospects.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs, compliance metrics, contract scorecards, and executive-level performance analysis.
• Oversee operational milestones and program deliverables prior to approving related contractual commitments.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, operations, legal, and executive stakeholders to enhance commercial governance, improve contract outcomes, and reduce program risks.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to client sites and company headquarters.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a similar field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience.
• A minimum of 3 years in a management role.
• Demonstrated expertise in contract management, commercial management, procurement, finance, or related areas.
• Experience in leading teams and cross-functional projects.
• Proven track record in negotiating and managing large-scale Master Service Agreements (MSAs), supplier contracts, and complex commercial agreements.
• Strong financial skills with a focus on pricing strategies, cost analysis, budget oversight, profitability enhancement, and financial forecasting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of contractual risk management, compliance standards, commercial governance, and performance management frameworks.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
• Valid driver's license and capability to travel to client locations and company headquarters by driving or flying.
