Manager, Colleague Relations – Omnicare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Create intricate employee-relations policies and procedures that adhere to relevant laws and regulations.

• Act as a resource for employees concerning workplace issues, conflicts, and concerns.

• Conduct investigations, collect pertinent information, and propose suitable actions.

• Assist managers with performance enhancement plans, disciplinary measures, and termination processes.

• Design and execute employee communication strategies.

• Initiate employee engagement and satisfaction programs, including recognition initiatives and surveys.

• Connect employees who are experiencing personal or professional difficulties with resources such as EAP, counseling services, and wellness programs.

• Mentor junior colleagues.

• Supervise ongoing training and compliance with role requirements.

• Keep records related to employee relations.

• Establish grievance procedures and conduct exit interviews.

• Coordinate employee-relations programs to ensure adherence to policies and practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Colleague/Employee Relations, Investigations, Human Resources, or a combination of relevant experience.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; specialized training or relevant professional qualifications, or equivalent years of experience may be accepted.

• SHRM Certified Professional designation preferred.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
