Manager – Cloud Management Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the VCF Cloud Management services practice.

• Establish and refine technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF Cloud Management services, which include VCF Automation and VCF Operations solutions.

• Manage, mentor, and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.

• Take ownership of practice capability development for Broadcom VCF services, covering VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, and vSphere 9.

• Collaborate with sales and solution architecture teams to shape offerings and assist in presales activities.

• Track delivery performance, utilization rates, and quality metrics.

• Lead the establishment and upkeep of reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, templates, and accelerators.

• Act as an escalation point for intricate client issues related to Broadcom VCF solutions.

• Cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor for Broadcom VCF strategy and execution.

• Drive the growth and advancement of SHI’s Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation Cloud Management services practice.

• Ensure impactful, secure, and scalable results for enterprise, corporate, and commercial clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a pertinent technical field or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in either a consulting or enterprise setting.

• More than 3 years of experience leading or managing technical delivery teams.

• In-depth understanding of Broadcom services engagements and delivery methodologies.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Broadcom's VMware Services Entitlement Program.

• Proven expertise in leading and scaling consultative delivery teams.

• Exemplary relationship management skills with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Strong capability to oversee complex, multi-workstream delivery engagements.

• Solid understanding of organizational operations, market positioning, competitive dynamics, and business processes.

• Ability to design and execute long-term workforce and organizational initiatives aligned with the overarching business strategy.

• Demonstrated ability to guide projects to completion while ensuring effective resource utilization, successful outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a cross-functional leadership team.

• Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary.

• Commitment to ongoing learning and technical leadership within the cloud and infrastructure sector.

• Experience in designing and implementing solutions with robust data governance and security controls.

• Strong grasp of Broadcom's vision for VMware Cloud Foundation.

• Proven ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

• Experience in building or leading a Broadcom VCF consulting practice.

• Experience in supporting commercial and corporate clients.

• Familiarity with Broadcom's VMware Cloud Foundation suite of solutions.

• Possession of Broadcom certifications in VMware-related disciplines.
