Manager, Cloud Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead a dedicated team responsible for executing cloud migrations across 11:11 global platforms.

• Own and deliver support services to fulfill company commitments.

• Establish and enforce cloud integration processes along with best practices.

• Manage ticket escalation processes to ensure consistent execution.

• Establish and enhance the support management framework.

• Identify risks or gaps and provide mentorship to members of the cloud integrations organization.

• Keep stakeholders informed about migrations and trends, offering recommendations on acquisition needs.

• Oversee and improve service operations tools and automation.

• Collaborate with internal teams regarding integration requirements for new or existing customers.

• Ensure customer incidents and problems are effectively mitigated.

• Develop, track, and report on company KPIs.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address support needs.

• Ensure that escalated customer tickets are promptly addressed and escalated to vendor support when necessary.

• Manage ticketing systems efficiently.

• Adhere to 11:11's Code of Business Ethics, Company Values, data-handling agreements, procedures, and policies.

• Complete annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgments.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree in management or equivalent years of relevant work experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.

• Proven experience managing technical projects across teams within an organization.

• ITIL experience is preferred.

• Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Results-oriented and organized, capable of planning and delivering against deadlines.

• Ability to motivate others to achieve desired outcomes.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the assigned country without requiring visa sponsorship.

• Ability to satisfactorily perform each essential function.
