Manager, Cloud Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead a dedicated team responsible for executing cloud migrations across 11:11 global platforms.

• Own and deliver support services to fulfill company commitments.

• Establish and enforce cloud integration processes and best practices.

• Manage ticket escalation processes and ensure consistent compliance.

• Develop best practices and enhance the support management framework.

• Identify risks or gaps and mentor members of the cloud integrations team.

• Inform key stakeholders about migration activities and trends, providing recommendations on acquisition needs.

• Oversee and refine tools and automation utilized for service operations.

• Collaborate with internal teams on integration requirements for both new and existing customers.

• Ensure the mitigation of customer-related incidents and problems.

• Develop, track, and report on company KPIs.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address support needs.

• Ensure that escalated customer tickets are addressed and promptly escalated to vendor support when necessary.

• Manage ticketing systems effectively.

• Adhere to 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics, Company Values, data handling agreements, work procedures, policies, data privacy practices, compliance training, and policy acknowledgments.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree in management or equivalent years of relevant work experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.

• Proven experience managing technical projects across different teams within an organization.

• ITIL experience is preferred.

• Highly developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• A strong team player.

• Results-oriented and organized, with the capability to plan and meet deadlines.

• Ability to motivate others to achieve results.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the assigned country without requiring visa sponsorship.
