Manager – Cloud Foundation Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the VMware Cloud Foundation services practice.

• Establish and refine the technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF services, encompassing VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, and vSphere.

• Supervise, mentor, and nurture the professional growth of Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers.

• Take charge of the capability development for Broadcom VCF services.

• Collaborate with sales and solution architecture teams on offerings, presales, and ensuring delivery readiness.

• Assess delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics.

• Develop and sustain reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, templates, and accelerators.

• Act as an escalation point for intricate client challenges.

• Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders as a trusted advisor.

• Lead, expand, and enhance SHI's Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation services practice.

• Propel technical direction, delivery excellence, and leadership across infrastructure modernization and hybrid cloud services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise setting.

• More than 3 years of experience leading or managing technical delivery teams.

• In-depth understanding of Broadcom services engagements and delivery methodologies.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Broadcom's VMware Services Entitlement Program.

• Proven expertise in leading and scaling consultative delivery teams.

• Excellent relationship management skills with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Capable of overseeing complex, multi-workstream delivery engagements.

• Strong grasp of organizational operations, market positioning, competitive dynamics, and business processes.

• Ability to design and implement long-term workforce and organizational strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to guide projects to completion while ensuring effective resource utilization and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Competent in working independently and as part of a cross-functional leadership team.

• Willingness to travel to client locations as necessary; potential travel up to 20%.

• Experience in designing and delivering solutions with robust data governance and security controls.

• Strong understanding of Broadcom's vision for VMware Cloud Foundation.

• Proven capability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Commitment to ongoing learning and technical leadership.

• Preferred: experience in building or leading a Broadcom VCF consulting practice.

• Preferred: experience supporting commercial and corporate clients.

• Preferred: experience with Broadcom's VMware Cloud Foundation suite.

• Preferred: Broadcom certifications in VMware-related fields.
