This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Foster and sustain positive relationships with physicians, acting as their representative for needs and concerns.
• Work in partnership with physicians to address questions, resolve conflicts, and facilitate communication among physicians, internal departments, hospitals, and clients.
• Conduct regular satisfaction surveys with physicians and collect feedback to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Create and implement a comprehensive onboarding process for new physicians.
• Organize training sessions and resources that cover policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Serve as the main point of contact for physician inquiries and concerns.
• Proactively identify and resolve physician challenges in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Formulate and execute strategies aimed at boosting physician engagement.
• Establish regular communication channels for updates, changes, and opportunities within the organization.
• Utilize physician feedback to customize interactions and enhance engagement.
• Define and assess physician satisfaction KPIs, including onboarding within seven days of credential issuance.
• Apply data-driven insights to formulate action plans aimed at improving the physician experience.
• Assess and refine operational processes concerning physician interactions and service delivery.
• Collaborate with departments to streamline workflows and minimize friction points.
• Utilize technology and operational tools to optimize scheduling and anticipate physician requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in telemedicine is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in clinician relations, healthcare management, or a similar position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for building and maintaining positive relationships.
• Data-driven decision-making and analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional multi-tasking, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicable software applications.
• Ability to adapt to evolving healthcare environments and industry trends.
