This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Clinical Science and Clinician Management teams to design, coordinate, and sustain clinician training and calibration initiatives, including the creation of training materials, plans, exercises, schedules, and documentation.
• Assign, monitor, and document clinician training and calibration activities to ensure they are completed within required timelines and meet study onboarding criteria.
• Oversee clinician performance across various studies and clinical scales to ensure compliance with clinical quality standards, identify any performance or training deficiencies, and assist in resolving clinical quality concerns.
• Facilitate group training sessions, team meetings, calibration activities, and additional training as necessary.
• Offer clinical consultation and constructive feedback to Clario clinicians and site raters regarding their clinical performance.
• Collaborate with Clinical Scientists, Clinician Management, and Directors to assess training needs and provide recommendations concerning clinician performance and study resource allocation.
• Create and implement processes, work instructions, process guidelines, and SOPs related to training, calibration, and clinical quality.
• Supervise Training & Calibration (T&C) plan requirements and establish metrics to evaluate progress and effectiveness.
• Manage clinical documentation processes to ensure adherence to GCP standards.
• Work alongside management to guarantee that operational activities are executed accurately, compliantly, and promptly.
• Proactively address clinical quality concerns and engage with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Adapt to flexible working hours as required to support teams and activities across various time zones.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in diagnosing and/or treating patients with psychiatric disorders, neurocognitive disorders, and/or other relevant study indications is preferred.
• At least 3 years of training experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience administering clinical scales in a research environment is preferred.
• A foundational understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) is necessary.
• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to identify and resolve clinical quality or performance issues is essential.
• Proven leadership and training/facilitation capabilities are required.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams is important.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve established objectives and timelines is a must.
• Fluency in English is required; bilingual or multilingual skills are preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours across different time zones are necessary.
• Flexible hours as needed to support teams and activities across different time zones.
