This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Collaborate with Clinical Scientists and Clinician Services leadership to create, sustain, and implement training programs specific to studies and therapeutic areas.
β’ Formulate and execute training and calibration strategies that align with clinical quality goals and study requirements.
β’ Oversee the onboarding training for clinicians, including assignment tracking, completion records, and activities related to study readiness.
β’ Evaluate internal clinician performance across various studies and clinical scales.
β’ Detect clinical quality issues and devise corrective and preventive measures in collaboration with stakeholders.
β’ Design and carry out calibration exercises, scoring reviews, and activities for quality monitoring.
β’ Facilitate group training sessions, workshops, calibration events, and team meetings.
β’ Organize training schedules, calibration tasks, and documentation within established timelines.
β’ Create additional and tailored training plans based on performance trends, quality insights, and study requirements.
β’ Offer coaching and constructive feedback to clinicians.
β’ Evaluate clinician performance and assist in study resource allocation decisions.
β’ Provide clinical consultation and direction concerning clinical scales, protocols, and assessment methods.
β’ Supervise training and calibration plans while developing metrics for effectiveness and compliance.
β’ Support work instructions, process guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality documentation.
β’ Ensure that clinical training records comply with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory standards.
β’ Collaborate with management teams to ensure operational activities are conducted compliantly, efficiently, and on schedule.
β’ Assist in continuous improvement initiatives.
β’ Adapt to work across global time zones to support international clinicians, sites, and project teams.
β’ Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Counseling, Behavioral Health, Life Sciences, or a similar clinical discipline.
β’ At least 5 years of clinical experience in diagnosing, assessing, and/or treating patients in psychiatry, neurocognitive disorders, neurology, behavioral health, or related therapeutic fields is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering clinical training, clinician education, or professional development programs.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in administering clinical outcome assessments, rating scales, or clinical endpoints in a research context is preferred.
β’ Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), regulated clinical research environments, and clinical trial methodologies.
β’ Experience in monitoring clinical quality, rater performance, scoring consistency, or clinician compliance is highly desirable.
β’ Proven abilities in leadership, coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder management.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
β’ Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective engagement with global stakeholders.
β’ Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across cross-functional teams.
β’ Proficiency in English is required; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
β’ Competence in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
