Manager, Clinical Stewardship Operations – RN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders, executives, and clinical leaders across enterprise clients, including health plans, health systems, and PBMs.

• Act as the clinical subject matter authority for stewardship within Client Operations & Partnerships.

• Gain a deep understanding of Twin Health programs, stewardship processes, onboarding, program management, and clinical operations.

• Execute stewardship programs comprehensively across a range of Twin clients.

• Facilitate discovery sessions to grasp client clinical priorities, formulary and prescriber landscape, and objectives.

• Offer consultative insights to enhance program outcomes, member and provider engagement, and client satisfaction.

• Supervise the configuration, testing, and validation of client-specific program logic.

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.

• Analyze client data pre- and post-launch to deliver actionable clinical and operational insights.

• Oversee multiple complex stewardship implementations, project plans, cross-functional teams, timelines, and launch readiness.

• Manage client stakeholders, meetings, alignment, risks, and escalations effectively.

• Operationalize data access and file management in collaboration with technical leads and third parties.

• Create client-facing presentations, reports, status updates, and post-launch insights.

• Develop implementation work plans, templates, playbooks, and cross-functional SOPs.

• Organize, execute, and engage in client special events.

• Mobilize internal teams to address client issues and escalations.

• Collaborate with Business Development and Client Growth on stewardship scoping, solution development, and sales opportunities.

• Work in conjunction with Clinical Delivery, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Billing Operations, and Executive teams.

• Suggest internal process enhancements and promote implementation consistency.

• Foster internal alignment and ensure successful launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) required; BSN preferred.

• 5+ years of combined clinical and non-clinical experience, encompassing onboarding, program management, and client-facing roles.

• Experience in a health plan, PBM, health system, digital health, or care management environment.

• Familiarity with health benefits, health and wellness, health plans, or health systems.

• Capability to communicate and collaborate across client organizations on both tactical and strategic matters.

• Ability to engage with senior executives and execution teams effectively.

• Exceptionally strong project management abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in balancing thoughtful planning with timely execution.

• Capable of managing conflicting priorities and thriving in a fast-paced environment under time constraints.

• Proficiency with Google applications and project management tools such as Monday.com and MS Project.

• Experience collaborating with technical and data teams on data exchanges, file specifications, encryption, transmission, and testing.

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

• PMP or a similar certification is preferred.

• Prior experience in people management is preferred.

• Background in medication management is preferred.

• Experience with GLP-1 therapies is preferred.

• Experience in chronic disease or metabolic care is preferred.
