Manager, Clinical Data Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of data management services.

• Work in partnership with both internal teams and external clients.

• Ensure that the team provides high-quality, timely services while adhering to all regulatory standards.

• Recruit, evaluate staff performance, manage utilization and retention, and drive process enhancements.

• Handle financial management for designated projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a college diploma or degree along with 7-9 years of pertinent experience.

• CCDM certification is regarded as an advantage.
