Manager, Clinical Adoption, Ambulatory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Offer guidance and oversight for the Clinical Adoption Analyst.

• Oversee enterprise initiatives connected to provider support, training, workflows, EMR optimization, and team development.

• Collaborate with Medical Group Services teams and practice leaders to address training issues and project risks.

• Act as team lead for significant implementations.

• Monitor and resolve clinical issues related to athena and other associated matters.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of clinical and business processes, practices, and workflows to effectively train users.

• Engage in training and work closely with SuperUsers and systems vendors.

• Carry out daily communication and software evaluations.

• Provide go-live assistance for providers and clinical personnel.

• Deliver ongoing training for end-users and new employees.

• Define role-specific workflows within clinical applications in collaboration with clinical business partners.

• Offer on-site support during peak periods, initiatives, go-lives, optimizations, and the launch of new functionalities.

• Participate in change management processes for fixes and enhancements.

• Assist SuperUsers in integrating new functionalities and workflows.

• Coordinate and communicate system updates and modifications.

• Conduct specialized training sessions, including new employee orientation and mock-ups.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of clinical management experience, specifically in provider support, training, workflows, and EMR optimization.

• Proven experience in managing others' work, including planning, assigning, scheduling, and reviewing tasks to ensure quality standards.

• Experience in hiring, terminating, training, and developing staff members.

• Experience in performance evaluation and administering corrective actions for team members.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
