This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the intermediary between Ventra Health and clients for effective communication and information sharing.
β’ Oversee all facets of client accounts to enhance collections, deliver contracted management services where applicable, and minimize challenges.
β’ Collaborate with patients, doctors, owners, practice managers, administrators, and other stakeholders to address escalated issues.
β’ Conduct in-person client meetings to assess performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
β’ Serve as the main point of contact for clients and work alongside internal teams to resolve issues and provide prompt follow-up.
β’ Organize internal and external meetings, prepare meeting materials, document minutes, and maintain Client Success documentation.
β’ Analyze data and oversee the operational workflow completion, escalating issues when necessary.
β’ Prepare and/or review both internal and external reports as well as ad-hoc analyses.
β’ Evaluate and track Client Success metrics, present client-specific reports, and utilize the issue escalation matrix to address concerns.
β’ Suggest process enhancements based on data analysis.
β’ Collaborate with finance, HR, credentialing, and compliance teams when Practice Administration services are engaged.
β’ Monitor or manage client payor contract negotiations and renewals in conjunction with the Managed Care Team or payor contracting resources.
β’ Oversee or manage client quality programs and compliance training with internal subject matter experts.
β’ Assist with the implementation of new clients.
β’ Guide, mentor, and support the professional development of assigned Client Success colleagues.
β’ Ensure adherence to relevant healthcare and security regulations and staff compliance.
β’ Undertake special projects and other assigned responsibilities.
β’ High School Diploma or GED.
β’ A minimum of three to five years (3-5) experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a related field.
β’ Basic understanding of medical billing and terminology.
β’ Capability to read, comprehend, and implement state/federal laws, regulations, and policies.
β’ Proficient in communicating with diverse personalities in a respectful, mature, and professional manner.
β’ Ability to maintain flexibility and operate effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
β’ Commitment to delivering high-quality service excellence with meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
β’ Demonstrated strong leadership and management skills to inspire, motivate, and set expectations with team members.
β’ Excellent skills in developing and delivering presentations.
β’ Strong knowledge in RCM, accounting, and/or finance.

β’ Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
β’ Proficient in Outlook and RCM software or comparable workflow management tools.
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred.
