This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact between Ventra Health and clients to facilitate communication and information sharing.
• Oversee all elements of client accounts to optimize collections, deliver contracted management services when necessary, and reduce issues.
• Collaborate with patients, physicians, practice owners, managers, administrators, and other stakeholders to address escalated concerns.
• Conduct in-person client meetings to assess performance and ensure client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary client contact, working with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Organize both internal and external meetings, document minutes, and maintain Client Success records.
• Review data and track the completion of operational workflows for clients.
• Prepare and analyze internal and external reports as well as ad hoc analyses.
• Evaluate and track Client Success metrics, deliver client-specific reports, and utilize escalation processes to address issues.
• Suggest process enhancements based on data analysis.
• Partner with finance, HR, credentialing, and compliance teams when Practice Administration services are utilized.
• Oversee or manage client payor contract negotiations and renewals with Managed Care and payor contracting resources.
• Supervise or monitor client quality initiatives and compliance training with internal subject matter experts.
• Assist in the onboarding of new clients.
• Mentor and support the professional development of assigned Client Success team members.
• Ensure adherence to relevant healthcare and security regulations by staff.
• Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of three to five years (3-5) experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a related area is necessary.
• Basic knowledge of medical billing and terminology is required.
• Capability to read, comprehend, and apply state and federal laws, regulations, and policies.
• Strong communication skills to engage with diverse personalities in a professional, mature, and tactful manner.
• Ability to adapt and work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality service excellence with meticulous attention to detail.
• Understanding and adherence to company policies and procedures is essential.
• Proven leadership and management capabilities to guide, motivate, and set expectations for team members.
• Proficiency in developing and delivering compelling presentations.
• Solid knowledge in Revenue Cycle Management, accounting, and/or finance.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficient knowledge of Outlook and RCM software or similar workflow management applications.
• Compliance with relevant healthcare and security regulations is mandatory.
