This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary communication link between Ventra Health and its clients for information exchange and dialogue.
• Oversee all facets of client accounts to enhance collections, deliver management services as per contracts, and reduce issues.
• Collaborate with patients, healthcare professionals, practice owners, managers, administrators, and other stakeholders to address escalated concerns.
• Conduct in-person meetings with clients to assess performance and ensure their satisfaction.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and coordinate the resolution of issues with internal teams.
• Organize internal and external meetings, document minutes, and maintain Client Success records.
• Review operational workflow data and escalate any incomplete or delayed processes.
• Prepare and analyze internal and external reports, as well as ad hoc analyses.
• Monitor and evaluate Client Success metrics, present reports tailored to clients, and implement escalation procedures to address issues.
• Suggest process enhancements based on data analysis.
• Work together with finance, HR, credentialing, and compliance teams when Practice Administration services are utilized.
• Oversee or manage client payor contract negotiations and renewals alongside the Managed Care Team or payor contracting resources.
• Supervise or monitor client quality programs and compliance training initiatives.
• Assist in the implementation of new clients.
• Guide, mentor, and foster the development of assigned Client Success team members.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare and security regulations and staff compliance.
• Undertake special projects and additional assigned responsibilities.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• A minimum of three to five years (3-5) experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a related field is necessary.
• Basic knowledge of medical billing and terminology is essential.
• Capability to read, interpret, and apply state and federal laws, regulations, and policies.
• Proficiency in communicating with diverse personalities in a diplomatic, mature, and professional manner.
• Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment are crucial.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality service excellence with meticulous attention to detail.
• Understanding and adherence to company policies and procedures is mandatory.
• Proven leadership and management skills to guide, motivate, and set expectations for team members.
• Strong skills in developing and delivering presentations.
• Robust knowledge in RCM, accounting, and/or finance.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficient in Outlook and RCM software or similar workflow management tools.
• Compliance with relevant healthcare and security regulations is essential.
