This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a bridge between Ventra Health and clients to facilitate communication and the exchange of information.
• Oversee all facets of client accounts to optimize collections, deliver contracted management services when necessary, and reduce complications.
• Collaborate with patients, physicians, owners, practice managers, administrators, and other stakeholders to address escalated issues.
• Conduct in-person client meetings to assess performance and ensure client satisfaction.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and coordinate internally to resolve issues and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings, prepare materials, take minutes, and maintain documentation related to Client Success.
• Review operational workflow data and escalate any incomplete or delayed processes.
• Prepare and review both internal and external reports as well as ad hoc analyses.
• Analyze and track Client Success metrics, deliver client-specific reports, and utilize the issue escalation matrix.
• Suggest process enhancements based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with finance, HR, credentialing, and compliance teams when Practice Administration services are utilized.
• Oversee or manage client payor contract negotiations and renewals in conjunction with the Managed Care Team or payor contracting resources.
• Manage or oversee clients’ quality programs and compliance training initiatives.
• Assist in the implementation of new client accounts.
• Mentor, oversee, and support the development of assigned Client Success team members.
• Ensure adherence to relevant healthcare and security regulations by staff.
• Undertake special projects and other assigned responsibilities.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of three to five years (3-5) of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a related area is required.
• Basic understanding of medical billing and terminology is necessary.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and implement state and federal laws, regulations, and policies.
• Capability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities in a professional, tactful, and mature manner.
• Ability to remain adaptable and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality service excellence with meticulous attention to detail.
• Understanding and compliance with company policies and procedures are essential.
• Proven leadership and management skills to motivate, manage, and set clear expectations for team members.
• Strong skills in developing and delivering presentations.
• Extensive knowledge in revenue cycle management (RCM), accounting, and/or finance.
• Excellent customer service and client-facing skills.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficient in Outlook and RCM software or similar workflow management tools.
• Compliance with applicable healthcare and security regulations is required.
