Manager, Client Onboarding – Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of over 5 Onboarding Specialists.

• Take ownership of the implementation strategy and its lifecycle, from project planning to go-live execution.

• Act as the escalation point and primary liaison between veterinary clinics and internal teams.

• Establish project objectives, success metrics, and delivery standards.

• Assist clinics in navigating complex workflow transitions to a new platform.

• Develop, enhance, and scale project management processes, templates, and tools.

• Supervise the delivery of training and address issues related to configuration, data imports, and integrations.

• Maintain communication at the executive level with internal stakeholders and client leadership.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape the implementation workflow and advocate for both clients and the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• At least 4 years of experience in managing complex software implementation projects.

• Preferably, experience in a SaaS or tech-enabled services setting.

• Minimum of 2 years in a people management position.

• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage team workload across multiple simultaneous client engagements.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders.

• Proficient in project management tools.

• Experience in developing scalable processes, timelines, and reporting frameworks.

• Familiarity with clinics, healthcare providers, or other medical environments is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary, up to 10–15% of the time.

• Legally entitled to work in the country for which applying.
