This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Facilitate connections between the client, their agency of record, and internal teams to provide exceptional advertising solutions and ensure effective utilization of funds.
• Oversee operations support for local channel partners and advertising associates.
• Act as the primary contact for day-to-day client-partnership operations and lead both internal and external conference calls.
• Mentor, coach, and nurture team members; recognize strengths and areas for development; offer feedback and training.
• Monitor team performance, write performance evaluations, conduct one-on-ones, and manage paid time off.
• Lead a positive, proactive, operations- and service-focused team.
• Communicate program progress and performance metrics to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop workflows and enhance team efficiency across U.S. and global operations to achieve efficiency targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Anticipate potential workflow challenges and make necessary adjustments to avert inefficiencies.
• Create and distribute presentations, project briefs, product demonstrations, best practices, case studies, and quarterly business reviews.
• Oversee funds management, content management, and dealer experience solutions.
• Manage program websites and administrative configuration tools; identify potential risks and opportunities for enhancement.
• Direct changes to program, guidelines, and website content while maintaining effective communication processes.
• Execute quality-control checks at the payment/funding level to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Foster collaboration through idea-sharing and brainstorming sessions.
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), clarification and exception trackers, and account-related training materials.
• Support initiatives across the department.
• Recognize growth opportunities with current and prospective clients.
• Adjust responsibilities as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Additional training or continuing education in the field may be necessary.
• 3-4 years of experience in agency management.
• Expertise in multimedia digital platforms.
• Advanced understanding of industry trends and a strong enthusiasm for technological innovation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of programs and products.
• Capability to lead, assess success against objectives, and motivate team members in an honest, open, and constructive manner.
• Strong mathematical, written, and verbal communication skills, along with demonstrated problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
• Extensive Excel knowledge to support complex ad hoc reporting analysis; experience with Power BI is advantageous.
• Ability to organize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines for an 8-12 person team.
• Capacity to provide proactive, strategic insights and thought leadership to both the agency and clients.
• Flexibility to quickly pivot and reprioritize work based on client demands.
• Exceptional background in client and customer service.
• Comfort in resolving conflicts, both internally and externally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
