Law Print Client Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Act as the strategic leader for designated print portfolios within Large Law accounts.

• Formulate long-term account strategies that safeguard recurring revenue while facilitating customer transition to online and AI-driven legal research solutions.

• Establish trustworthy relationships with law librarians, knowledge management leaders, procurement teams, legal operations professionals, and firm executives.

• Design and implement multi-year migration plans to shift customers from print materials to digital research platforms.

• Collaborate with clients to manage transitions, reduce business risks, and maintain continuity throughout digital transformation projects.

• Assist clients in understanding how LexisNexis content can be utilized within an AI-integrated legal research framework.

• Engage in collaborative account planning and coordinated customer engagement efforts with cross-functional teams.

• Work across departments to guarantee a smooth customer experience from initial contact to ongoing success.
