Manager, Business Systems and Transformation – ERP Procurement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Assist Raytheon Business Supply Chain Systems in designing, constructing, maintaining, and integrating various SAP-related applications for the Supply Chain.

• Provide support for ESDM, EPAD, SRS, SAP Fiori applications, Where’s My Stuff, Order More Stuff, Buyer Quick Edit, APEX, and PRISM.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to devise solutions for modifications, enhancements, and improvements within SAP environments.

• Identify critical issues necessary for achieving the operational plan.

• Communicate proposed solutions and concerns to the DT and business areas that require their engagement.

• Coordinate with Business Unit leaders to prioritize tasks for each PI Event, considering resources, business value, urgency, compliance, and directives.

• Provide regular updates to management regarding activities, business requirements, and resource needs.

• Offer support to both domestic and international Raytheon locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 10 years of prior experience in SAP Materials Management and Finance processes.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Proficient understanding of SAP (both Functional and Technical aspects).

• Strong skills in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to foster and sustain robust team relationships with remote partners and clients.

• Advanced to expert knowledge in the relevant work area.

• Significant familiarity with RTX projects, programs, or systems.

• Generally requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience.

• Engineering or other Technical Positions typically necessitate a STEM degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
