Manager, Business Service Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +23 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage and supervise a unified Business Service Delivery team

• Oversee the complete order management process, customer communication and engagement, order entry, project management for construction needs, installation scheduling, quality assurance, and pre-installation customer support for Business clientele

• Develop policies, procedures, and practices for the Business Service Delivery teams

• Provide guidance to project management and order fulfillment teams

• Ensure compliance with established practices and policies by team members

• Carry out regular reviews to confirm orders are progressing as planned and deadlines are being met

• Perform post-activation assessments to verify the attainment of business objectives

• Collaborate with internal product, technical, and other teams to enhance order velocity

• Offer insights to product support, operations management, marketing, and other teams based on customer use cases, adoption challenges, and related concerns

• Champion and promote enhancements to both associate and customer experiences

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
