Manager, Business & Project Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate, strategic projects from initiation to execution.

• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to establish requirements, shape solutions, manage delivery, and achieve quantifiable business outcomes.

• Convert complex business needs and processes into clear, actionable Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).

• Drive cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.

• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, priorities, and stakeholder expectations effectively.

• Facilitate business decision-making and identify opportunities for risk management and process enhancement.

• Deliver executive-level updates on critical decisions, risks, and outcomes.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with senior business and technical leaders.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of designated business areas and offer consultative support.

• Foster accountability, transparency, and predictable project delivery.

• Mentor and assist in the onboarding of new team members.

• Conduct peer evaluations of BRDs and key deliverables.

• Share best practices and encourage ongoing improvement within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project/Program Management, Product Management, Process Improvement, or related fields.

• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional business and technology projects.

• Exceptional business analysis, facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.

• Proficient in developing business requirements, process flows, and associated documentation.

• Capability to manage multiple initiatives and conflicting priorities independently.

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Preferred: Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Healthcare, Finance, Revenue Cycle, or Insurance sectors.

• Preferred: Background in collaboration with Analytics, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence (BI), or Software Development teams.

• Preferred: Experience in mentoring analysts or project delivery professionals.

• Preferred: Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, CBAP, PMP, PMI-PBA, or CSM.
