Manager, Business Partnership – Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Lead strategic partnerships, planning, and execution across Digital and the broader organization

• Facilitate the successful implementation of enterprise-level priorities and significant transformation initiatives

• Serve as a reliable intermediary between business and technology teams

• Continuously test, verify, and align business objectives with technology investments and operational aims

• Convert business requirements into high-quality strategies, roadmaps, and solutions

• Direct and coordinate complex programs, initiatives, and cross-functional efforts

• Manage dependencies, project risks, and governance processes

• Oversee comprehensive execution for transparent, accountable, and successful project delivery

• Design solutions that promote enterprise-wide adoption of new digital capabilities

• Advocate for sustainable organizational change and ongoing operational improvement

• Manage and lead global ERP testing events

• Identify and communicate program risks and opportunities

• Reduce testing costs and enhance quality through AI and other improvements

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science

• Over 7 years of experience in leading ERP implementation test events

• Master’s Degree is preferred

• Knowledge of test automation and familiarity with SAP functional flows

• Proficient in Jira and Xray configuration and test management

• Experience in a collaborative, team-oriented setting

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical capabilities
