Manager, Business Operations – Business Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance relationships with current partners

• Identify and secure valuable new partnerships

• Suggest innovative tools and product solutions that create scalable opportunities

• Collaborate with teams in product, operations, data, and sales

• Develop and implement partnership strategies

• Create and execute structured business plans or quarterly OKRs for partners

• Analyze data to identify trends and enhance business KPIs

• Generate new growth opportunities with both existing and prospective partners

• Negotiate partnership agreements that are beneficial for all parties

• Conduct analysis and provide actionable insights and updates

• Address operational and execution challenges across partners and internal teams

• Act as the primary liaison for partners

• Report directly to the VP of Partnerships

• Contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the partnership portfolio and driving organizational growth

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting

• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from beginning to end

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Strong proactive approach

• Solid work ethic

• Eagerness to learn and adapt swiftly

• Data-informed decision-making abilities

• Capability to analyze complex situations and make informed, actionable choices

• Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to convey complex concepts to both internal and external stakeholders

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
