Business Operations Analyst – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Identify inefficiencies within internal processes and suggest opportunities for enhancement.

• Design, implement, and sustain automations utilizing no-code / low-code tools.

• Enhance operational workflows to minimize manual tasks and boost productivity.

• Assist in the execution and coordination of daily operations.

• Maintain databases and commercial pipelines in an updated and organized manner.

• Oversee lead, participant, and internal process information, ensuring quality and consistency.

• Gather, organize, and analyze data to uncover trends and areas for improvement.

• Prepare reports and indicators to aid in decision-making processes.

• Collaborate with various teams to comprehend operational needs and convert them into actionable solutions.

• Document processes, automations, and internal procedures thoroughly.

• Identify errors or friction points in systems and propose solutions to enhance user and participant experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Initial experience or practical knowledge in business operations, process automation, data analysis, or related fields.

• Familiarity with no-code / low-code tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for the organization and analysis of information.

• Understanding of CRM tools, database management, or operational platforms.

• Capability to identify issues and suggest practical solutions.

• Analytical and structured mindset with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Proactive, autonomous, and results-driven approach.

• Willingness to learn new digital platforms and tools.

• Strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills.

• Interest in automation, operational efficiency, and ongoing improvement.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Bogota time.
