This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.
• Oversee a team of Business Systems Analysts and/or Business Analysts who support product teams and transformation initiatives.
• Work closely with business units, technology, and external partner teams to determine business requirements and offer analytical support.
• Evaluate and document business and functional requirements for significant projects.
• Lead and mentor the team throughout the software/product development lifecycle.
• Manage supporting documentation, such as APIs, business rules, user stories, and data validation.
• Serve as a liaison among business, product, design, and engineering teams, including offshore personnel.
• Establish and oversee team goals and objectives.
• Assess project requirements and plan as well as allocate analysis support accordingly.
• Engage in hiring processes, performance evaluations, disciplinary measures, and other HR-related activities.
• Offer feedback and mentorship to enhance knowledge in Business Analysis and Business Systems Analysis.
• Assist teams in problem identification, gap analysis, research of alternatives, requirements gathering, solution delivery, testing, consensus-building, and implementation.
• Actively participate in product, engineering, and business meetings as a subject matter expert in Business and Systems Analysis.
• Collaborate on product and program launches.
• Provide leadership insights, reports, and presentations for roadmaps, budgets, resource planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Spearhead the establishment of a Business and Systems Analysis Center of Excellence.
• Aid in the development of the BA group charter and engagement model.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• CBAP or IIBA Certifications, PBA, and Agile certifications are advantageous.
• Proven experience as a Lead BA or Business Analysis Manager with supervisory responsibilities.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
• Significant experience on major digital transformation programs within complex environments as a Senior BA / BSA.
• Experience in an Agile development setting.
• Knowledge and experience in providing analytical support throughout all stages of the Software or product development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of system integrations and related technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and collaboration skills at the management level.
• Extensive experience in Business Analysis and Business Systems Analysis methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative tools.
• Proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications.
• Outstanding organizational and program/project management capabilities.
• Experience in creating and maintaining analytical documentation, including user stories, use cases, functional requirements, process mapping, API analysis, test cases, business rules, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of title insurance and settlement services operations is a plus.
