Manager, BizOps – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Join the central BizOps & Analytics team while integrating with growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.

• Take ownership of the analytical function for a designated business unit from start to finish.

• Identify business challenges, inquiries, and decisions prior to conducting analyses.

• Establish metrics and develop reports.

• Independently extract, organize, and interpret data.

• Conduct analyses and create experiments.

• Highlight insights that enhance critical business metrics.

• Present findings and recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations teams.

• Clarify the current situation, reasons behind it, and recommend appropriate next steps.

• Propel initiatives and decisions through execution and measurable results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or rapidly growing technology company.

• Excellent analytical abilities.

• Capability to extract, structure, and interpret data independently.

• Proven history of addressing ambiguous challenges and delivering impactful solutions.

• Strong and persuasive communication skills.

• Ability to influence decisions at the executive level.

• Proficient in Excel, SQL, or Python.

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.
