This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive study start-up process, which includes site selection, regulatory submissions, site contracting, budgeting, and activation.

• Collaborate with the Project Manager and cross-functional leaders to define start-up strategies and timelines.

• Develop and maintain a site activation plan.

• Ensure that chosen sites and countries maximize opportunities for the successful delivery of the study.

• Identify, communicate, and propose solutions for delivery issues.

• Monitor progress against timelines and address any delays or risks.

• Manage and coordinate each phase of the start-up process to achieve activation objectives.

• Act as the primary liaison among all functions involved during the start-up phase.

• Track and report on start-up performance metrics.

• Lead client-facing calls in collaboration with the Project Manager.

• Serve as the central point of contact for start-up activities with internal teams and Sponsors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field.

• At least 3+ years of experience in clinical trial start-up.

• Proven leadership experience.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-country start-up activities and cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

• Exceptional project management skills.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Must have legal authorization to work in Canada.
