This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execute consulting engagements or oversee projects for esteemed asset management clients, including Asset Managers, Private Banks, and Investor Services Providers.

• Strategize and execute both national and international consulting projects in the asset and wealth management sector.

• Formulate strategies and produce high-quality deliverables within designated timelines and budget constraints.

• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure key stakeholders are updated on project status and anticipated outcomes.

• Build and sustain long-term client relationships and networks.

• Generate industry-recognized expertise and contribute to the advancement of asset management consulting.

• Actively engage in establishing and developing the German location.

• Proactively assist or oversee one or more internal business areas.

• Stay informed about current business and industry trends relevant to clients.

• Engage in the enhancement of the firm's practices and commercial growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of consulting experience, preferably acquired at leading financial institutions or consultancy firms.

• Familiarity with market trends, drivers, and outlook of the asset and wealth management industry.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Demonstrated success in developing client relationships, including client account support/management and ideally assisting in business development/sales initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities with clients, colleagues, and junior team members.

• Ability to collaborate in a team environment, showcasing professional motivation and initiative to take on significant responsibilities from the outset.

• Solid academic qualifications.

• Fluency in English and German is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Willingness to travel domestically within Germany and internationally.

• Relevant certifications are an advantage, such as PMP, CAPM, CAIA, CFA, Prince2, or Lean Six Sigma.
