Manager, Asset Protection Equipment – Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, planning, and execution of technological solutions for both new and existing Burlington locations.

• Collaborate with field leaders, corporate teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to establish requirements and maintain performance standards.

• Lead and confirm standards for Asset Protection equipment and technology, including CCTV, alarms, EAS, and physical security initiatives.

• Ensure that project scope, expectations, timelines, budgets, and deliverables are in line with the Asset Protection Equipment strategy.

• Conduct project kick-off meetings and post-project review sessions.

• Create feedback mechanisms for continuous process improvement.

• Clearly communicate project expectations, timelines, deliverables, and professionalism to vendors and contractors.

• Assess work products through photo validation, virtual tours, and similar methods.

• Manage and oversee project budgets, including the bidding process, CERs, and purchase order agreements.

• Supervise the installation and upgrade schedule for the Asset Protection Department.

• Prioritize and direct special projects related to equipment maintenance, repairs, and new installations.

• Travel to various sites and projects to review scopes, completed work, and potential enhancements.

• Contribute to the strategic roadmap for Asset Protection Equipment and Technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4–6 years of experience in a technology or equipment-related role/industry.

• Familiarity with retail environments is advantageous.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proven ability to anticipate needs and respond effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Demonstrated success in influencing cross-functional business partners.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities.

• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Comfortable working under tight deadlines or in ambiguous situations.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to hold others accountable for results.
