This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee, manage, and coordinate revenue cycle operations from the initial point of entry through to the precise adjudication of patient accounts.

• Supervise inventory processes from integration to final closure.

• Create and execute processes and efficiencies for third-party revenue cycles.

• Ensure that revenue cycle policies, procedures, and standards are suitable, compliant, and updated in a timely manner.

• Manage offshore teams across various time zones.

• Guarantee effective communication, equitable workload distribution, and timely project delivery.

• Provide upper management with updates on revenue cycle status, including reports, metrics, and presentations.

• Develop, monitor, and evaluate business metrics to enhance processes and optimize cash collections.

• Identify external benchmarks and set internal performance objectives.

• Implement performance measures and monitoring tools specific to clients.

• Swiftly and proactively address revenue cycle challenges.

• Assess employee performance; instruct, guide, counsel, and nurture staff development.

• Tackle performance management issues as they arise.

• Ensure that Key Performance Indicators are consistently achieved.

• Continuously analyze and report on staffing needs.

• Execute other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Management is preferred.

• At least 3 years of management experience is required.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word & Outlook) is necessary.

• Strong skills in reading, writing, and arithmetic to investigate claims issues, appeal denied claims, and comprehend contract rates.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Capacity to multitask effectively.

• Ability to work efficiently and remain organized.

• Capability to meet daily and monthly departmental performance targets.

• Ability to engage in computer-based tasks for 6–8 hours daily.

• Physical ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
