Manager, Agile Solutions – Power Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of applications while ensuring accountability for application services performance, Agile execution, and team results.

• Provide guidance for the development and delivery of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and other related Microsoft technologies.

• Set up governance, architecture, application lifecycle management (ALM), security measures, environment management, development standards, and support practices for Power Platform projects.

• Manage daily operations for the Power Platform Solutions function, encompassing solution development, implementation, administration, support, and ongoing enhancement.

• Lead the governance, standards, procedures, development practices, documentation, and operational processes for enterprise Power Platform solutions.

• Direct the delivery of comprehensive Power Platform solutions for the organization.

• Develop and manage strategies for environments, solution lifecycle practices, deployment processes, and ALM standards.

• Oversee the creation of scalable, reusable, and maintainable solutions that integrate with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and organizational data sources.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders on process automation, application modernization, workflow enhancement, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Offer leadership and guidance to the assigned team members.

• Travel within the designated catchment area as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's degree combined with three (3) years of experience in leading or managing teams using integration technologies; OR a Bachelor's degree with one (1) year of experience in the same; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Candidates must reside within the United States.

• Ability to travel within the catchment area as necessary.

• Preferred: Experience in supervising two (2) or more employees.

• Preferred: Proven experience in leading or managing an enterprise Microsoft Power Platform capability and driving application modernization, automation, or digital transformation projects.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, or other related Microsoft technologies.

• Preferred: Experience in establishing governance and administration practices for Power Platform and implementing ALM, deployment, security, and environment management strategies for the Power Platform.

• Preferred: Microsoft Power Platform certifications or equivalent qualifications.
