This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee integration delivery while ensuring accountability for the performance of the integration platform, Agile execution, and team results.

• Manage the daily operations of the Integration Services team, encompassing data integration development, implementation, and support activities.

• Spearhead the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of integration standards, procedures, and documentation.

• Guide the delivery of enterprise integration solutions that adhere to organizational standards and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Oversee the performance, growth, and accountability of assigned team members, including supervision, performance assessments, training, and recruitment.

• Lead the planning and execution of integration projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure reliable system integrations and the delivery of enterprise technology solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's degree with three (3) years of experience in leading or managing teams that utilize integration technologies; OR a Bachelor's degree with one (1) year of experience in a similar capacity; OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Candidates must reside within North Carolina.
